Courses Available

Responsible Service of Alcohol training (commonly referred to as RSA) aims to equip participants with the essential skills and knowledge required to uphold a secure and pleasant atmosphere in licensed establishments that serve and sell alcohol.

Mandatory for all licensees and staff involved in the serving and sales of alcohol, RSA training is a prerequisite.

Statewide Business Training is approved by Liquor and Gaming NSW and accredited by the Australian Skills and Quality Authority (ASQA) to provide this nationally recognised training course.

 

Legislation requires refresher training for RSA every 5 years.

Responsible Conduct of Gambling Services (commonly referred to as RCG) is specifically crafted to equip employees in the gambling industry with the skills necessary to uphold safety standards within gambling establishments. This training imparts fundamental knowledge about operating in a gambling environment and equips individuals with the ability to anticipate and prevent potential issues.

Mandatory for all licensees and staff involved in gaming machines and gambling processes, RCG training is a prerequisite.

The Food Safety Supervisor course, commonly referred to as FSS, is meticulously crafted to equip individuals with the essential skills and knowledge required to excel as a Food Safety Supervisor. 

 

Statewide Business Training holds accreditation from the Australian Skills and Quality Authority (ASQA) and approval from the NSW Food Authority to deliver top-tier training for Food Safety Supervisors. This course is nationally recognised, ensuring quality training for food businesses.

 

Legislation requires refresher training for Food Safety Supervisors every 5 years.

Barista Skills

Aspiring baristas can benefit from this comprehensive training program, which delves into fundamental espresso coffee preparation techniques and coffee art. Tailored to impart the nuances of crafting the perfect espresso, cappuccino, or latte, this course offers personalised instruction, making it ideal for novices. Facilitated by seasoned industry professionals, the training emphasises practical, hands-on experience.

This program can be delivered accredited or non-accredited, which serves as an excellent entry point into the craft of coffee making. 

First Aid

Acquire the necessary knowledge and hands-on skills to administer first aid and execute cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). Upon completion, you will possess the assurance to address various emergencies such as anaphylaxis, burns, lacerations, cardiac arrest, and more.

White Card

Statewide Business Training is a certified training provider approved by SafeWork NSW for the White Card course.

The White Card course in New South Wales aims to enhance awareness and facilitate the adoption of effective strategies and protocols to mitigate workplace hazards that can lead to accidents and fatalities.

This course is a compulsory prerequisite for individuals seeking employment in the Construction Industry nationwide. It encompasses fundamental Work Health & Safety (WHS) principles essential for undertaking tasks within various construction fields. Successful completion demonstrates a thorough understanding of WHS legislative obligations.
