SIR20216 - Certificate II in Retail Services
This qualification reflects the role of frontline retail team members who use a defined and limited range of operational skills to undertake workplace activities. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision of others.
This qualification provides a pathway to work in a diverse range of retail settings including specialty retailers, supermarkets, department stores and quick service restaurants.
Testamur to be awarded
On successful completion of the entire course, you will be awarded a nationally SIR20216 Certificate II in Retail Services testamur with an academic transcript listing the units completed. On successful completion of some units but not the full course, you will be awarded an academic transcript with units completed.
Duration: 12 months
Possible job titles include: Retail/Sales Assistant, Customer Service Assistant, Frontline Team Member, Point-of-Sale Operator
